What You’ll Do:

Assist Sales Manager in meeting or exceeding sales goals

Provide technical and pricing support to Designers during consultations

Work with Engineering to ensure designs meet customer's needs

Designer recruiting, training and coaching

Requirements:

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Strong computer and technical skills

Strong customer service skills

Experience with in-home service/sales (preferred)

Motivated by goals and achievement

Desire to serve others
