As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards within our sales operations. You’ll ensure the team is supported, skilled, and inspired, while keeping our administrative processes running smoothly. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while being an integral part of a dynamic and mission-driven organization.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to drive team success by providing coaching, training, and performance oversight — all while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct quality control on sales calls and documentation to ensure excellence across all interactions.
Listen to and review recorded sales calls, providing coaching and constructive feedback to help team members improve their communication, empathy, and closing ratios.
Facilitate ongoing sales training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
Handle administrative tasks such as tracking performance metrics, maintaining schedules, and managing CRM data.
Oversee time-off requests, calendars, and team scheduling.
Serve as the go-to support person for questions, resources, and problem-solving related to sales operations.
Manage and process refunds or customer concerns in collaboration with the Sales Manager and administrative team.
Assist in improving systems and skillsets across the team through structured feedback and collaboration.
Inspire, motivate, and uphold team morale through consistent communication and leadership presence.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales team leadership, training, or quality assurance (high-ticket or health-related industries preferred).
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members for performance improvement.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience managing calendars and internal systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Go High Level preferred) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
A passion for holistic health, wellness, and human potential.
Self-starter with a heart-centered leadership approach and strong attention to detail.
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 annually
