    As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the center by supporting team development, driving membership and package sales, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and helping lead a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Center Manager or multi-unit leadership role.

    What You'll Do

    Lead the Team

    Support the Center Manager in overseeing daily operations

    Coach, motivate, and develop Guest Service Associates to achieve sales goals

    Lead by example through exceptional guest service and sales performance

    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

    Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

    Drive Sales & Business Results

    Help achieve monthly sales, membership, and guest retention goals

    Coach the team on membership sales, package sales, retail recommendations, and rebooking strategies

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement

    Assist with local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts

    Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

    Ensure every guest receives a welcoming and memorable experience

    Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively

    Maintain center standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence

    Support front desk operations, scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks

    What We're Looking For

    ✔ Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred

    ✔ Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals

    ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    ✔ Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team

    ✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

    ✔ Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

    ✔ Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak business hours as needed

    ✔ Beauty, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service-industry experience is a plus
