    Job Description

    As a Harley-Davidson Assistant Sales Manager you will:

    • Help our Sales Manager Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
    • Assist the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
    • Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling Motorcyles, finance, insurance, and extended service programs to new and used motorcycle customers.
    • Able to work cross-functionally with all departments, with an emphasis on the Sales Department and Finance Department
    • Guide and develop our sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
    • Motivate our team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
    • Develop our sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
    • Communicate openly and consistently with our sales team and assess their needs
    • Track customer traffic peaks to provide consistent sales floor coverage for optimal customer service
    • Be a visible leader to customers, service driven, and confident in our sales team to provide a world-class customer experience
