    Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the rapid growth of our sales team. This role is focused on the onboarding, training, and early-stage development of new sales hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-home sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping up new sales representatives.

    Deliver structured sales training on WeatherPro's product offerings, sales systems, and customer experience protocols.

    Shadow new hires during in-home appointments and provide real-time feedback and mentorship.

    Monitor performance of new hires and provide weekly progress reports to senior leadership.

    Facilitate role-play sessions and training workshops to build sales confidence and competence.

    Reinforce company sales standards, ethical practices, and performance expectations.

    Maintaining sale metrics reports

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement industry preferred).

    Prior experience in training or team leadership roles strongly preferred.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g., tablets, quoting software). Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

    Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
