    The Role we are hiring for:

    The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for sales management activities, including ride along training with team members; monitoring, evaluating and implementing sales strategies to increase sales volume and average tickets. The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for the sales team members’ adherence to the company sales process and policies in pursuit of attaining company goals. The Assistant Sales Manager is an active member of the sales team, contributing ideas, strategies, and solutions to propel the company toward its short- and long-term goals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Ensure that each sales team member fully understands and is properly trained on their job roles and responsibilities required to achieving the company plan.

    Ensure that all sales team members represent the company professionally, are committed to the 100% satisfaction of the company’s clients, as well as showing a positive team spirit in all dealings with other team members.

    Conduct 1:1 meetings with sales team members each week.

    Adhering to and teaching the company Core Values and Team Rules.

    Perform ride along training with sales team members to measure growth and adherence to sale processes and policies and provide documentation to help sales team members continually grow and improve.

    Holding sales team members accountable to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of their position while delivering on expected goals, with specific measurable key performance indicators (KPI’s) based on tenure in role.

    The Skills you bring:

    2+ years of Sales Management experience

    Valid driver’s license and good driving record

    Able to pass a background check

    Ability to work more than 40+ hours per week

    Technical knowledge and/or experience with roofing solutions and/or construction

    Able to drive a full-size company truck

    Able to lift and carry 50 to 75 lbs.

    Able to climb a ladder and access a roof and attic in varying weather conditions

    Outdoor Aptitude – able to work and drive-in ever-changing weather conditions

    Able to respond to help calls/flexible scheduling

    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    Be open to learning new skills and apply them quickly

    Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, prior CRM usage
