About the Role:

YogaSix in Wayne, PA is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll help lead sales efforts, inspire members to begin their wellness journey, and support the studio in reaching its full potential. If you're passionate about fitness, people, and performance — this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Drive membership sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals

Assist in managing and motivating the front desk and sales team

Conduct studio tours and consultations to convert prospects into members

Follow up with leads, prospects, and lapsed members to maximize enrollment

Support daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional member experience

Track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators

Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community outreach events

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results

Experience with CRM or membership management software is a plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Passion for health, wellness, and the yoga/fitness industry

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team

Able to dedicate 25-30 hours per week to this role
