We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and sales-driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our membership growth, support daily operations, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Position Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in driving studio revenue through membership sales, lead generation, community outreach, and exceptional customer service. This role combines sales leadership, team support, and operational excellence to help the studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
Meet and exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals
Execute lead generation and follow-up strategies (calls, texts, emails)
Conduct studio tours and convert prospects into members
Support community marketing and local outreach events
Track and report sales performance metrics
Team Support & Leadership
Assist in training and motivating front desk/sales associates
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Support staff scheduling and daily shift management
Step in as Manager on Duty when needed
Operations & Member Experience
Ensure studio cleanliness and brand standards are upheld
Handle member inquiries, concerns, and retention efforts
Assist with retail merchandising and inventory management
Support studio events and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
1-3 years of sales experience (fitness, boutique retail, or service industry preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting
Passion for health, wellness, and community building
