We’re looking for a Food Service Assistant to join our team and help provide nutritious, delicious meals for our students in a warm, caring school environment.

What You’ll Do

Help prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks following the daily menu

Support healthy eating habits by offering meals children enjoy

Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, following food safety guidelines

Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Stay mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions for children in your care

Assist the lead chef/food service teacher with day-to-day kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in food preparation (school, daycare, or commercial kitchen preferred)

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary needs

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A positive, reliable team player who enjoys working around children

Ability to lift and move kitchen supplies as needed

Shift Schedule: approx 9am - 1pm

Salary Range: $16 - $18 per hour
