Role: Assistant School Director at Primrose School of Breckinridge Park - 4301 E. Renner Rd. Richardson, TX 75082

Calling All Passionate Individuals!

Position: Assistant Director As an Assistant School Director, you’ll be responsible for touring our potential families, enrollment for these families and establishing a relationship with our new families. You will also be responsible for student files. You will be the front line person with all things related to parent concerns so only friendly, outgoing people need apply that loves meeting new people and serving our families with outstanding hospitality. You will work as a team with the other members of management to ensure our school is functioning at its best. The best candidate for this job will be a team player that likes their on responsibilities. One that has the personality to make everyone feel welcome. We can't wait to meet you!

Nurture a child’s first five years by:

Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children

Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety

Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire

Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence

Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control

Salary Range: 40,000-45,000

Shift Schedule: 6:30-3:30 or 8:30-5:30
