Los Angeles fast growing go to Sandwich shop Uncle Paulie's is seeking an experienced Assistant Shift Lead to join our team! As the Assistant Shift Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in the restaurant’s operational performance, inventory/ordering, staff management & kitchen management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience who has the ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain quality control & high level food standards

Manage employees from foh to boh

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Provide store feedback to upper management

Qualifications:

Previous relevant experience

Familiarity with POS software

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment

Excellent management and leadership skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Positive Attitude

Familiarity with purchasing & inventory

Reliable transportation
