Abacus Corporation is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for one of their clients in the New Castle area
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and manages the day-to-day operations of the Social Workers, peers, and administrative staff at the clinic.
- Provide services to patients
- Ensure that comprehensive patient care services are provided that support the integrity of the clinic
- The working hours for this position are Wednesdays – Sundays, 12:00pm – 8:30pm
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human services or related field
- Two years of experience in management or administration
- Experience in serving as the subject matter expert in the field of addiction services and/or mental health
- Experience in managing staff and operating a program
- Experience in Electronic Medical Records
