About the Role:

Join Latuli Foods LLC as an Assistant Sommelier, where you'll immerse yourself in the world of wines and enhance our guests' dining experience. We're looking for a passionate wine enthusiast to support our sommelier team in curating exceptional beverage pairings and creating memorable moments for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist the head sommelier in selecting and managing the wine list.

Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations to enhance guest dining experiences.

Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests.

Maintain and organize the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage conditions.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to create perfect food and wine pairings.

Stay updated on wine trends and industry developments.

Support inventory management and assist with ordering supplies.

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

Knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and tasting techniques.

Certification from a recognized sommelier program is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Passion for wine and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Must be of legal drinking age and possess a positive attitude.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
