Massage Heights Stonecrest is seeking an energetic, positive, and results-driven Assistant Retreat Director to help lead and perform all duties running the location.

Duties include:

• Support the Retreat Director in leading and performing daily operations.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associate and Massage Therapist as well as working with them to achieve goals.
• Monitor performance goals and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a beautiful and clean retreat environment.
• Help achieve sales goals and promote the business.

Qualifications:

• Positive, servant-minded leader
• Passion for wellness and customer service
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, spa or sales management
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable coaching others
• Available some evenings/weekends rotating schedule
