We’re looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who’s equal parts coach, problem-solver, and front-of-house pro. You’ll be hands-on with guests and the team while helping keep a high-volume spa running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, growth, and impact—not just a title.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support daily spa operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Work alongside Spa Associates at the front desk: answering phones, booking appointments, greeting guests, and selling memberships and packages
Help manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and operational reporting
Be a go-to resource for guest concerns and therapist questions—calm, confident, solutions-oriented
Coach and motivate the front desk team while partnering closely with the Spa Manager\
Balance mentoring and accountability to keep standards high and the team aligned
Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials with confidence and authenticity
Who You Are
A natural people-person with a sales mindset
Experienced in retail management and/or customer-focused leadership
Comfortable selling memberships (or excited to learn—training provided)
Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy (booking systems a plus)
Confident taking direction while also leading others
Able to adapt, prioritize, and keep things moving during busy shifts
Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
