    6–8 hour shifts

    A mix of days, evenings, and weekends — flexibility is key

    What You’ll Do (and Do Well)

    As the Assistant Store Director, you’re the right hand to the Retreat Director and a champion of both guest experience and team success.

    You’ll:

    Help oversee all Retreat operations — revenue, profitability, inventory, and smooth daily flow

    Support hiring, training, developing, and retaining top‑tier talent

    Lead Front Desk Sales Associate training with real‑time coaching and role‑playing

    Stay sharp on all services, products, and promotions — and set the example for your team

    Manage schedules to keep operations running seamlessly

    Partner with the Retreat Director to set goals, build action plans, and turn them into results

    Lead by example, consistently achieving personal and team goals

    What You Bring

    1+ year of face‑to‑face sales or retail management experience

    A self‑starter mindset with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    1+ year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution

    The ability to build positive relationships and coach with clarity and care

    Comfort with computers and standard software

    Basic business math skills

    Availability to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
