About the Role:
Join Baker Pool & Spa as an Assistant Store Manager and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing backyard living experiences. In this role, you'll support daily operations while fostering a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.
This role offers a fast-track to the Store Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and product offerings.
Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
Assist in executing promotional events and marketing strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to improve customer experience.
Support financial transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of pool and spa products is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
