Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Comply with all operating standards and assist with procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store
Assist with inventory management
Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business
Assist the Store Manager and store owner with daily tasks and responsibilities
Foster a positive work environment and be a team player
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous retail management experience is preferred
Competent computer skills
Excellent team building and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Auto Parts experience required
