Job Summary
Founded in 2002, Krista K is one of Chicago's most established upscale women's clothing and accessories boutiques. We are seeking an experienced, friendly Assistant Manager to join the Krista K team. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our Store Manager overseeing all day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience in luxury retail, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and knowledge of women's fashion. Responsibilities
Lead the customer service experience. Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Perform opening and closing procedures including end of day paperwork.
Receive and process deliveries of new merchandise.
Process website orders and returns.
Update visual displays including store windows and overall merchandising of the store.
Assist with organizing and implementing store events and trunk shows.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
Competent computer skills
Strong sense of style
Team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
