We are seeking a strong assistant manager candidate who can help manage the store full time, working a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Expectations:
Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
1-3 years prior experience in management (desired)
Help manage our team of 5-7 people on-shift
Provide excellent customer service
Keep a positive and upbeat attitude
Take pride in your work
Is a team player
Is a leader
Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment, move with urgency
Train staff on tasks, with a focus on efficiencies
Help maintain a great team-working environment
Promote efficiencies in the store environment
