    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership and daily operations of our boutique. This role is instrumental in driving sales performance, delivering elevated client experiences, and maintaining Frette’s luxury standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Support recruiting, training, and development of store associates
    • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and accountability
    • Partner with the Store Manager to drive team engagement and productivity

    Sales & Client Experience

    • Achieve sales goals through exceptional service and relationship-building
    • Deliver Frette’s signature “white glove” client experience
    • Drive CRM initiatives and client outreach to build long-term loyalty
    • Develop partnerships with local designers, showrooms, and business partners

    Operations & Store Standards

    • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting
    • Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
    • Support inventory management, stock organization, and product flow
    • Ensure operational excellence across all store functions
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5–7+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Strong sales acumen and clienteling experience
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
