    Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in the automotive industry? We're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Parc Auto. This is an hourly position that is also eligible for monthly bonus.

    Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

    Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, from greeting and diagnosing vehicles to explaining repair options.

    Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians to achieve high performance.

    Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.

    Sales & Revenue: Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling.

    Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.

    Strong leadership skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

    Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

    In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).

    Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software).

    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
