The Role

Lead at the counter. Sell maintenance and repair services with confidence, transparency, and urgency.
Drive daily results. Help execute strategies that improve ARO, car count, and service conversion.
Support and coach the team. Assist in training service advisors and technicians on communication, process, and performance.
Deliver great customer experiences. Listen, consult, follow up, and close.

Maintain standards. Support safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance throughout the shop.
