    About the Role: We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, delivers exceptional customer service, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. As part of the management team, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain organization, and uphold our commitment to excellence — because at Seymour’s Quick Stop, We Do Mour For You.

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily goals

    Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns professionally

    Assist with inventory control, cash handling, and deposits

    Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and training

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

    Support food service preparation and ensure quality standards are met

    Uphold company policies, procedures, and performance expectations

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong leadership and organizational skills

    Dependable, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a busy environment

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    Previous retail, food service, or convenience store experience preferred

    Ability to work a flexible schedule — including nights, weekends, and holidays
