Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a results-driven and operations-focused Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio performance, lead the team, and ensure a seamless member experience.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance sales, team leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Drive membership sales, renewals, and retention goals

Support and execute daily studio operations (opening/closing, systems, processes)

Lead, coach, and hold front desk team accountable to performance standards

Ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience every class

Oversee staff scheduling, onboarding, and training execution

Maintain studio standards (cleanliness, organization, brand consistency)

Monitor and report on KPIs, revenue, and operational metrics

Execute marketing events, promotions, and community outreach

🔹 Requirements

1–3 years of sales and/or operations experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)

Proven ability to hit sales goals while managing operations

Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute efficiently

Excellent communication and people skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends)

Passion for fitness and the Orangetheory brand

🔹 Preferred

Previous assistant manager or operations role

Experience in boutique fitness or membership-based business
