Assistant Summer Camp Director Salem Gymnastics & Swim
Salem Gymnastics & Swim is seeking a high-energy, organized, and team-focused Assistant Summer Camp Director to help lead a safe, engaging, and fun summer camp program.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Camp Director to oversee daily operations
Support, supervise, and motivate camp staff
Maintain an active leadership presence with campers and counselors
Assist with scheduling, organization, and implementation of camp themes and activities
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and staff
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff
Mature, dependable, and energetic
Experience working with children preferred
