Adaco Construction is hiring a Field-Based Assistant Superintendent to support residential and multifamily renovation projects throughout the Atlanta area.

This is a hands-on position.

You will:

• Perform skilled handyman work

• Complete and manage turn punch lists

• Support scope development and field estimating

• Ensure quality control before project completion

• Use iPad-based construction software for documentation

Responsibilities

Field Work & Production

• Execute turn punch lists efficiently

• Minor drywall, paint, trim, tile repairs

• Light plumbing & electrical fixture replacements

• Install hardware, doors, and finish carpentry

• Work safely on ladders and in attics

• Perform final QC walkthroughs

Project Support & Documentation

• Upload before/after photos daily

• Document completion notes

• Identify additional repair items

• Assist in developing scopes of work

• Communicate field issues to PM and Turn Manager

• Help coordinate subcontractors as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years renovation or maintenance experience

• Comfortable working independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using iPad and construction software

• Reliable transportation

• Professional communication skills
