Assistant Superintendent – National General Contractor (Veterans Highly Preferred)
A nationally recognized real estate investment and development firm is seeking high-performing military Veterans to join its construction leadership team as Assistant Superintendents. This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on with large-scale development projects across the U.S. while receiving structured mentorship and career progression.
This company provides innovation, sustainability, and precision to deliver high-impact developments across the U.S. and select international markets. They maintain a culture of excellence and collaboration, with a deep appreciation for disciplined leadership and mission-driven execution. They are guided by core values of integrity, character, courage, respect, excellence, and teamwork – principles that shape the culture and align closely with the mindset of military Veterans.
This role is built for leaders who want to translate military success into real-world construction impact. You’ll support complex industrial and infrastructure builds, develop deep technical knowledge, and be groomed to take on additional responsibilities within 1–4 years.
You’ll operate at the heart of the build — boots on the ground, managing tradesmen, enforcing safety, and ensuring quality. This role is ideal for former E3–E7s (Army, Marines, Navy, or Air Force) who led teams in dynamic environments and are ready to bring that same energy to construction. Both transitioning and already transitioned Veterans who are keenly interested in a career in construction will be considered!
If you're wired for operational excellence, lead from the front, and thrive in a mission-first team, this is the career track for you.
