    Assistant Superintendent – Townhomes

    Seattle, WA

    Work for a leading real estate developer with over 40 years of experience building thoughtfully designed urban communities including townhomes, apartments, and residential high-rises. Throughout the development process, this organization focuses on quality, integrity, and neighborhood integration. This group is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join their growing urban-infill townhome division and oversee multiple projects in the Greater Seattle area.

    Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:

    • Assist with site mobilization, logistics planning, and temporary infrastructure setup.
    • Review plans and specs to identify coordination issues or value engineering opportunities.
    • Attend pre-construction and design meetings with owners, architects, and consultants.
    • Help develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans.
    • Lead subcontractor onboarding and safety orientation meetings.
    • Support daily field operations with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
    • Maintain detailed daily logs, track manpower, weather, deliveries, and jobsite activities.
    • Assist with RFIs, subcontractor change orders, and monthly billing reviews.
    • Review submittals and coordinate material procurement to meet project milestones.
    • Help manage project punch list execution and support the close-out process.
    • Supervise field crews and foster a collaborative, respectful site culture.

    Assistant Superintendent Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of relevant multi-family construction experience.
    • Complete understanding of the construction process.
    • Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints, scopes of work, schedules, specifications, and safety manuals.
    • Experience with basic MS Office Suite.
    • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

    Compensation: $85K - $105K
