What You’ll Do

Support classroom instruction by working with students one-on-one and in small groups

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons

Supervise students in the classroom, during transitions, and outdoor activities

Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment

Track student progress and assist with documentation and assessments

Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Encourage and support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required (coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is a plus)

Previous experience working with children in a classroom or similar setting preferred

Understanding of child development and classroom management techniques

Knowledge of basic health, safety, and sanitation practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children
