The Learning Experience – Beltline Pay: $16–$18 per hour
The Learning Experience – Beltline is looking for a reliable, positive, and caring Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a welcoming, engaging environment for young children.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, wants to grow in early childhood education, and values being part of a supportive, team-oriented school.
Your Role
Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
Help create a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
Assist with hands-on learning activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
Encourage positive behavior and support children’s social and emotional development
Share daily updates with families about their child’s day
Help maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines
Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to meet licensing and school standards

What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred
ECE coursework or degree is a plus
Must meet Michigan state licensing requirements
