What You'll Do

Every day is different, and that's what makes it exciting!

Support Lead Teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

Jump into different classrooms as needed to keep our day running smoothly

Play, teach, encourage, and interact with children throughout the day

Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Assist during meals, activities, nap time, and outdoor play

Build strong, positive connections with students, families, and teammates

Follow center policies and state licensing requirements to ensure excellence in care

Support personal care routines, including diapering and potty training when needed

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in childcare, daycare, education, or youth programs is a plus (but not required)

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work across multiple classrooms

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children

Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements

CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

Passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed
