    As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children thrive.

    📚Your responsibilities will include:

    Assist with implementing fun, age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities

    Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through positive interactions

    Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment

    Supervise children while encouraging independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging

    Communicate with families about their child's daily activities and progress

    Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure a secure classroom

    Assist with daily routines and provide nurturing care throughout the day

    Has a genuine love for working with young children

    Brings positivity, patience, and enthusiasm to the classroom

    Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a supportive team

    Is dependable, organized, and able to work independently

    Has a basic understanding of child development

    Can lift up to 50 pounds as needed when caring for children

    Meets all state background check and licensing requirements

    Qualifications

    High school diploma required

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
