We are seeking a nurturing and reliable Infant Assistant Teacher to support the care and development of children ages 6 weeks to 12 months. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily routines and activities

Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

Support age-appropriate developmental activities (sensory play, tummy time, etc.)

Observe and respond to each child’s individual needs

Communicate effectively with team members and families

Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience working with infants (preferred)

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to lift, carry, and move infants safely

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule: Full Time: 9:00AM - 6:00pm

Compensation & Benefits: $15 to $18 an hour, pay depends on experience
