    Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour + Signing Bonus + Performance Incentives + Performance Bonuses Job Type: Full-Time

    Compensation & Performance Incentives

    $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Signing Bonus Available

    Bonus Performance Incentive Program:

    Earn an additional $0.50/hour for every full-paying student you help enroll

    Bonuses remain as long as the child stays enrolled

    No cap on earnings

    Referral bonuses for:

    The Role: What You'll Do

    Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom

    Help carry out developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities planned by the Lead Teacher

    Assist with observing children and following their interests to guide learning

    Build warm, caring relationships with children and families

    Partner with and take direction from your Lead Teacher to keep the classroom running smoothly

    Step in to support children's social-emotional needs throughout the day

    Help supervise children during play, meals, rest, and transitions

    Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and maintaining a healthy, organized environment

    Communicate with families in coordination with the Lead Teacher

    Contribute to a positive, professional school culture

    Education & Requirements

    CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (preferred, not required)

    Experience in early childhood education preferred

    Must meet Delaware licensing requirements

    Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
