    Responsibilities

    Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment

    Support children’s social and emotional development

    Build positive and effective relationships with families

    Collaborate with Lead Teachers and the school faculty

    Qualifications

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (preferred)

    CDA credential (preferred)

    Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff

    Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently

    Compassionate and patient with young children

    Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including lifting infants in and out of cribs, as applicable)
