🧒 Your Role as an Assistant Teacher:

Help create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment

Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child

Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates

Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and faculty to ensure a smooth-running classroom

📋 What You’ll Need:

High school diploma required

Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Experience with young children in a professional or volunteer setting

A nurturing spirit, flexibility, and team-player attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely support young children (including crib lifting for infant classrooms)
