About the Role:

Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for a passionate and nurturing Assistant Teacher/Support Staff member to join our growing team in Keller, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children while working in a fun, supportive, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for early childhood learners

Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play

Support a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment at all times

Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members

Diaper changing and/or eaching children self help skills (Like potty training, hand washing, etc.)

Help implement daily schedules, routines, and curriculum plans

Observe and report on children's developmental progress and behavior

Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and general support duties

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework preferred

Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus

Genuine passion for child development and early childhood education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
