As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will:
Partner with other teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
Collaborate with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
What We’re Looking For
Enthusiastic and nurturing individuals who are passionate about early childhood education
Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children preferred
A team player with strong communication skills and a heart for children and families
Commitment to safety, structure, and fun in the classroom
Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or GED required, early childhood experience preferred
