About the Role:

Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers, Floaters, and Support Staff! Responsibilities:

Assist lead/classroom teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities in the classroom

Supervise and engage children in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

Float between classrooms as needed to maintain proper teacher-to-child ratios

Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

Assist with behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred

Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced classroom environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must be able to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
