About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Assistant Teacher, Floater, or Support Staff! This exciting role is perfect for individuals passionate about nurturing young minds in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.

Supervise and engage with children during playtime and structured activities.

Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Be flexible and ready to float between classrooms as needed.

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.

Requirements:

Must have a High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.

Must possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs and schedules.

Background check required for all staff members.
