About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Assistant Teacher/Support Staff/Floater, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting young minds. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fun, engaging environment that promotes creativity and learning for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Hours: 10 am to 6 pm or 10:30 am to 6:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and daily activities.

Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and learning activities.

Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Support individual children's needs and developmental goals.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.

Provide coverage in various classrooms as needed, ensuring continuity of care.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children and staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Flexible and willingness to adapt to various classroom needs.

Background check clearance required.
