About the Role:

Cornerstone Chimneys in Tulsa, OK is looking for a motivated Assistant Technician to join our growing team! This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the trade from experienced professionals while making a real difference in the safety and comfort of our customers' homes. Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with chimney inspections, cleanings, and repairs

Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in chimney and fireplace service

Remove creosote buildup and debris during chimney sweeping services

Support installation and repair of chimney caps, liners, and dampers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers on-site

Complete job documentation and assist with material inventory as needed

Requirements:

No prior chimney experience required — willingness to learn is a must

Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and in confined spaces

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Strong work ethic with a punctual and dependable attitude

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions

Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor

Previous trade, construction, or labor experience is a plus
