    Position Overview

    We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Technician to join our service team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to gain hands-on experience in the field. The Assistant Technician will support Lead Technicians in completing service jobs efficiently, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Job Site Support:

    Assist Lead Technicians in performing service tasks, ensuring jobs are completed to company standards.

    Set up and prepare tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.

    Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after service.

    Equipment Handling:

    Operate and maintain tools and equipment under the direction of the Lead Technician.

    Report any equipment malfunctions or damages promptly.

    Service Execution:

    Follow instructions to perform specific tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, or installations.

    Document work completed, including taking before-and-after pictures when required.

    Safety Compliance:

    Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures at all times.

    Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) on the job.

    Customer Interaction:

    Assist in providing excellent customer service by being professional and courteous at job sites.

    Communicate effectively with the Lead Technician and team members to ensure smooth operations.

    Qualifications

    Education: High school diploma or GED (required).

    Valid Driver's License

    18+ Years or Older

    Experience:

    Previous experience in a labor or trade role (preferred but not required).

    Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

    Skills:

    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

    Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

    Dependable, punctual, and eager to contribute.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., kitchens, rooftops, tight spaces).

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
