    • Manage warehouse personnel for order preparation and staging.
    • Assist in inventory control, purchasing, and warehouse safety.
    • Foster a motivated team environment for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • No specific education or certification required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • 4+ years in installation/relevant construction or building materials.
    • Exceptional customer service and MS Office proficiency.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in office/manufacturing settings.
    • Reports to location manager; full-time in-person.
