    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Assistant to provide support to our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Listings. This is a pivotal role within our real estate company, from assisting with payments and property listings to coordinating special projects and serving as a key communication bridge across departments. Responsibilities: • Assist the CEO with a variety of projects and company initiatives, including coordinating events, preparing reports and presentations, and managing logistics to support day-to-day executive operations. • Assist the CFO with processing payments to agents and referral companies, tracking receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure timely and organized transactions. • Support the Director of Listings by preparing and organizing contracts, monitoring critical dates and deadlines, entering listing data into internal systems, and submitting listings to the MLS accurately and on time. • Provide broad administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth communication, organized record keeping, and timely follow-through on tasks and priorities as directed by leadership. Qualifications: • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a keen attention to detail. • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in sensitive situations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics for conferences and meetings efficiently. Compensation: $44,000 - $46,000 yearly
