We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Reno, NV. If you want to work for a company that demands you are at your best and pushes you to your potential, then we want to hear from you!

Turn 14 Distribution is requiring all new employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19. While exemptions are offered for medical and religious reasons, unvaccinated employees will be required to follow our health and safety guidance which includes mask-wearing and weekly testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUSIVE OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ability to lead across all levels of the organization from entry-level to Director.
• Assists Warehouse Operations Manager with all aspects of managing our distribution center.
• Assists in planning, direction, and accountability for operations, equipment and systems.
• Driven to motivate our staff
• Ensures our Core Values are executed and maintained to create a great company culture.
• Defines and administers safety programs to our high standards
• Meets daily deadlines & service level agreements to our standards, on time all the time.
• Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy in shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Monitor processes and/or procedures to ensure work is performed safely.
• Assist in managing 50+ plus employees. Key duties include: interviewing, coaching, training, performance evaluations, corrective action when necessary.
• Manages building and facilities including issues that may arise with a 24/7 operation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years' progressive managerial experience in a fast-paced business required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate
• Experience with responsibility for building, facilities, and equipment
• Obsession with a clean and tidy appearance of facilities
• Competitive and Driven
• Enjoy coaching and developing others
• Desire to advance within a growing, entrepreneurial organization
• Able to lift 60 lbs regularly
