    Job Description: Assistant Wedding and Events Coordinator

    Location: Todd Mission, Tx

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in Excel and Google Docs to manage budgets, timelines, and client communications effectively. Must work weekends during season.

    Responsibilities:

    Communicate with wedding clients via phone, email, and in person

    Assist the Director with daily administrative and event-related needs

    To manage client records and schedules

    Process payments using a credit card machine

    Maintain accurate invoices, payment records, and client files

    Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements:

    1–3 years of wedding or event experience (preferred)

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (required)

    Comfortable processing credit card payments

    Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

    Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team

    Schedule:

    October & November (Festival Season):

    Must be available to work weekends

    One weekday off

    Outside of October & November:

    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
