    Location: Various locations / that of which the HR Manager/Director based on the company needs. NO REMOTE WORK!

    Pay: - $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 an hour.

    If you travel to various locations, then travel expenses will be given once a month. That will be discussed upon interview.

    Hours – Monday through Friday – 8 am to 4pm – Can change to depend on the time of year.

    Responsibility and Duties

    Administrative support – Assist in managing of employee records, process paperwork, and maintain HR databases alongside of the Direct Supervisor.

    Recruitment assistance – Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling background checks alongside of the Direct Supervisor

    Employee relations – Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures when the Direct Supervisor is somewhere else and may not be able to handle the manner.

    Compliance and reporting – Assist in ensuring the labor laws are maintained and accurate records for audits are handled.

    Training coordination – Assist the Direct Supervisor to help organize training sessions and seminars to enhance skills and productivity.

    Working on insurance with the direct supervisor for health, dental, vision, and 401k

    Any other tasks that may come up.

    Requirements

    A High school diploma

    6 months to 1 year of experience with HR or administrative roles

    Strong communication skills

    Strong organizational skills

    Able to multitask

    Able to main confidentiality is very important

    Ability to have attention to detail

    Must have a strong work ethic

    Able to follow instructions when learning new processes and procedures
