i9 Sports is the nation's leading youth sports league franchise, providing fun, safe, and convenient youth sports programs for families. We are looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager to help support our growing programs and ensure an excellent experience for players, parents, coaches, and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day operation of youth sports leagues and clinics

Help recruit, train, and manage coaches and game-day staff

Provide excellent customer service to parents and participants

Assist with registration, scheduling, and administrative tasks

Set up and break down sports equipment at program locations

Help oversee game-day operations and staff performance

Maintain communication with participants, staff, and community partners

Support marketing and grassroots outreach efforts as needed

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Weekend availability is required

Previous sports, coaching, management, or customer service experience is preferred
